The consultancy provides advice and has delivered approvals for schemes of various sizes across all development sectors such as Residential, Student accommodation, commercial, Industrial, Public Sector, Retail, Education, Energy, Sport and more!

Required Skills and Experience

• RTPI Accredited degree
• Experience of working in a planning role; be it for the public sector or a developer, promoter or consultancy
• Chartered MRTPI
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to multi-task, work to tight timescales and use initiative to manage workload
• Proficient IT skills
• Possession of driving license
