The Role as a Senior Town Planner

As a Senior Town Planner, you will:

• Manage a diverse portfolio of planning projects, from initial appraisals to securing permissions.
• Provide expert planning advice to clients, ensuring projects align with policy and regulatory frameworks.
• Prepare and submit planning applications, appeals, and reports.
• Mentor junior planners and contribute to the ongoing growth of the team.

About You as a Senior Town Planner

We are looking for an ambitious and motivated planning professional with:

• A degree in Town Planning or a related discipline.
• MRTPI qualification (or working towards it).
• Proven experience in development management, policy planning, or consultancy.
• Strong knowledge of the UK planning system and relevant legislation.
• Excellent communication and report-writing skills.
• The ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
• A proactive and client-focused approach to work.
