The Role

As a Senior Town Planner, you'll take ownership of exciting and diverse projects, leading on planning applications, appeals, and policy development. This is a client-facing role, offering the opportunity to build strong relationships while making a significant impact.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead on complex planning applications and appeals.
  • Provide expert planning advice to clients across sectors.

  • Mentor junior planners and contribute to the team's professional development.
  • Stay ahead of planning legislation and policy changes to ensure compliance.
About You

To thrive in this role, you'll need:

  • A degree in Town Planning or a related field.
  • Full membership or eligibility for RTPI (Royal Town Planning Institute).
  • Proven experience in a similar role, ideally within consultancy.
  • A strong understanding of UK planning legislation.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
