Senior Training Specialist

**********Please only apply if you are an EU/UK Passport holder************************Please note this role requires relocation to Saudi Arabia*************Overview:We are seeking a Senior Industrial Skills Training Specialist to deliver and facilitate learning programs in classroom and field for a market leading Oil & Gas company based in Saudi Arabia. You will be working as a team member and subject-matter expert in the development, implementation and evaluation of curricula. Key Responsibilities:Preparing and maintaining training materials: lesson plans, in house quizzes, test, trainees’ records, supplies, AV equipment, tools and training aids.Instructing trainees in complex plant systems, operations and controls. Counselling trainees and maintain discipline for a safe and healthy work environment.Developing, conducting and evaluating performance tests and collecting feedback.Making recommendations on the development, implementation and evaluation of curriculum and training aids. Providing input to management as requested: budget planning, facility utilization, training plans, in-service development training paths, enrolment matters, curriculum changes, PMPKey Requirements: 10+ years’ experience in activities training and development related to the above criteria. At least 3 years in the Oil & Gas industry. A bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related subject.
