Job Description
Our client is a newly established MGA based in London (City), with its founders boasting a reputation for excellence and innovation in the insurance industry.
They already offer a diverse suite of insurance products as well as creating a dynamic and supportive work environment, where employees are encouraged to grow and develop their skills and career.
They are currently looking to recruit a Senior Professional Indemnity Underwriter with a proven track record in underwriting PI risks (experience in dealing with IFA and Wealth Management risks preferable) on a global basis.
Assessing and underwriting Professional Indemnity insurance applications.
Analysing and evaluating risks to determine coverage and premium levels.
Building and maintaining relationships with brokers, Lloyd’s and the Open Market.
Monitoring market trends and emerging risks to make informed underwriting decisions.
A proven track record in building and maintaining Broker relationships.
In-depth knowledge of insurance regulations and industry standards.
