I'm working with an inkjet business in Cambridge to hire a Senior Technician, whose main responsibilities will be planning, setting up, and performing tests on various products to support internal projects and customer requirements.
The role focuses on ensuring thorough validation, following established procedures to generate accurate data within required timeframes. All test results must be well-documented and communicated to relevant stakeholders.
You will get extensive�training to gain in-depth knowledge of company products and contribute to the development of new product testing activities, and also get to work with a number of different engineering teams at a time when the business is pulling resources together from their global counterparts to really accelerate their Cambridge site's growth!
Sounds interesting... What are some of the things I'd be doing each day?
  • So firstly, you would be reporting into the team lead, focusing on developing test plans and executing them.
  • Assisting in developing new testing methods and equipment.
  • Helping to update and maintain department documentation.
  • Provide training to colleagues when necessary.
