SVP Finance / Finance Director Tier 1 B2B iGaming Software Provider London Arnold Ash Group are exclusively partnered with a leading B2B software provider in the iGaming industry in their search for a SVP Finance to join their leadership team. Reporting to the Group CFO the SVP Finance will lead a team of 20, overseeing all financial operations of the global business (Reporting, Accounting, etc) and playing a critical role in the wider finance function. The successful SVP Finance will be joining the global market leader in their space who are at the cutting edge of innovation in iGaming and have significant further ambitions, offering an ambitious finance leader the optimal environment to take their career to the next level with a route to CFO level. Key Areas of Responsibility of the SVP Finance: Technical Accounting Team management (medium sized) Financial Reporting & Processes (month end / internal reporting) Audit Process Contribute as key stakeholder to the Board, Audit Committee & Remuneration Committee Collaborate with Invest Relations & Marketing to deliver quarterly and annual report processes M&A Support, Share Buybacks, etc The SVP Finance will be ACA (or equivalent) qualified accountant, with 5 years of industry side experience covering Accounting, Reporting & Audit.
