Senior VP / Head of Global Services - Global Software Company

Our client is a successful global software organisation with an already established and highly successful international business. As part of strategic growth, we are now recruiting an experienced Global Head of Services to lead an established international team at a time of positive transformation for the business.You will need a senior Consulting/Professional Services leadership background in SaaS and a proven track record in leading large teams and driving delivery and transformation in a Services function. The role will lead a large business - so, senior experience and leadership skills are essential.Key Responsibilities:Managing international Services/Consulting teams and engagementsDrive the development of an established Services organisationDevelop and maintain world-class processes and peopleBuild and drive relationships with key stakeholdersMeet Services revenue and profit quotasCoordinate with other global leaders, particularly in Sales, to implement regional and global initiativesProvide support in achieving region sales quotasRequirements:5-10 years of senior Services leadership experience in the SaaS/Software industry, ideally leading large international teamsExperience managing and leading all aspects of a successful Services businessA strong background in large projectsAbility to grow and manage technical personnel and processes associated with enterprise software salesAbility to excel in a team environment and to effectively develop and retain project-based employeesThis is an opportunity to help shape and position the future of a successful, high-growth software business.
