• \nCollaborate & Resolve: Review documentation and work closely with stakeholders to resolve issues efficiently.

• \nDrive Improvements: Provide insightful reports and recommendations for continuous enhancements.
\n
• \nPrepare for Success: Manage pre-audits of accommodation ahead of go-live to ensure seamless transitions.

Your Toolbox:

• \nFull UK Driving Licence and access to your own vehicle (essential for daily travel).
\n
• \nExperience in Assurance, Compliance, or Inspections to guide your team effectively.
\n
• \nStrong Leadership & Communication Skills to inspire and motivate your team.

• \nDocument Review Expertise to ensure compliance with all regulations.
\n
• \nTeam & Portfolio Management skills to oversee a diverse range of accommodations.
