What you'll do:

• Lead and manage a team of inspectors, ensuring accommodation standards meet contractual and statutory guidelines.
\n
• Conduct inspections, identify risks, and implement improvements.
\n
• Collaborate with stakeholders to resolve non-conformances.
\n
• Ensure compliance with AASC contract guidelines.
\n

What you'll need:

\n
• Proven experience in inspections and quality assurance.
\n
• Strong knowledge of compliance and regulatory standards.
\n
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
\n
• \nFull UK Driving License and access to your own vehicle (essential due to daily travel).
\n
