Full-time permanent role (Mon - Thu 8.30am - 5.30pm / Fri 8.30am - 2.00pm)

We are looking for an experienced and motivated�Senior Warehouse Operative�to oversee and coordinate the daily operations of our warehouse. Your role will be vital in maintaining efficient workflows, managing inventory, ensuring safety compliance, and mentoring a team of junior staff. You'll collaborate closely with other departments to guarantee timely and accurate order fulfilment, playing a key part in our mission to deliver exceptional service to our customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist & facilitate high productivity and low error rates in goods receiving, picking, packing, and shipping of products.

• Lead and mentor junior staff, promoting best practices and a positive work environment.

• Maintain accurate inventory through regular stock checks and issue resolution.


• Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and other machinery to move materials and inventory.

• Ensure compliance with safety protocols and conduct routine inspections.

• Identify process improvements to enhance accuracy and efficiency.

Person:

• Forklift experience (Reach & Counterbalance).

• 5+ years experience working in a in warehouse environment

• Strong knowledge of stock management systems and reporting (Excel).

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
