To help us continue on our already impressive growth trajectory, we’re on the lookout for a Senior Customer Insight Analyst. This person will help us build a data led decision making culture; focusing on the impact of promotional activity and web development, to deliver an improved customer experience, as well as commercial value to the business. What you’ll be doing day to day: Become GOATs ‘go-to’ person for website user experience and acquisition funnel reporting and insight.Collaborate with the acquisition and content teams to understand our user experience, providing insightful recommendations that lead to tangible improvements.Support our site architects with the implementation of new and improved performance tracking.Build & maintain detailed reports, ensuring key stakeholders are able to understand existing user behaviour and its root causes to drive development.Cultivate a culture of data driven decision making, ensuring actions are followed through beyond your recommendations.Keep a close eye on our competitors, learning what improvements they are making and if these present an opportunity for improvement on our own brands.Train & mentor members of teams across the business on the accurate and efficient use of data platforms, to encourage a self-service mind set.Support on the analysis of promotional campaigns published on site, from campaign visibility all the way through to ROI.Support the Head of Business Intelligence in developing a best in class reporting stack.Manage & prioritise your workload, based on the potential future benefit to the bottom line. What your background looks like:At least 5 years’ experience working in analytics positions focused on delivering insight to stake holders, preferably in a digital marketing or web analytics positions.Have extensive experience using Google analytics, experience with GA4 directly being key.Be proficient in the use of data visualisation platforms such as Looker/PowerBI/Tableau – Looker direct experience a huge bonus.A strong communicator, with the ability to deliver complex findings in an easy to understand method.A spreadsheet ‘super-user’, with the ability to up-skill colleagues.Able to manage a varied workload in a fast paced environment, were priorities may change quickly.Experience working within the Gambling industry is a plus, however is not essential.
