The Role: As a Senior Workflow Assessment Consultant, you will: Collaborate with business and creative teams to enhance product use. Identify opportunities for feature enhancements, integrations, and automation. Document and present analysis and recommendations to stakeholders. Implement improvements and ensure successful adoption across the organization. Key Responsibilities: Engage with technical, creative, and senior (C-level) stakeholders. Develop and communicate scalable creative workflow solutions. Build and execute a creative workflow efficiency strategy. Track and report value realization from implemented strategies. Provide functional and technical consulting. Identify and drive new workflow opportunities. Maintain a project tracker to report project status. Required Skills/Experience: 5-7 years of customer-facing experience. Practical knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud suite (Document Cloud, Experience Cloud). Expertise in common workflows within Adobe Creative Cloud solutions. Strong business and systems analysis skills. Basic JavaScript coding and understanding of APIs. Experience with Agile/Waterfall methodologies. Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Ability to operate within large, complex organizations. #J-18808-Ljbffr
