About the Role As a Senior Workshop Technician, you’ll be at the forefront of maintaining and operating industry-leading subsea equipment. You’ll manage workshop tasks, oversee testing and repairs, and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards. Key Responsibilities: Managing workshop and production activities, ensuring high standards are met. Operating, maintaining, and troubleshooting hydraulic and electro-mechanical equipment, including subsea tooling systems. Supervising testing of hire/sale equipment and coordinating upgrades or modifications. Providing mentorship and training to team members to enhance technical skills. Ensuring workshop operations adhere to safety regulations and maintaining clean, organized workspaces. What We’re Looking For: Proven experience in hydraulic and electro-mechanical systems , particularly subsea equipment. Ability to read hydraulic schematics and blueprints. Strong organizational, leadership, and problem-solving skills. Commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement. Willingness to travel onshore/offshore as required. What’s in it for You?
