Job Title: SEO Lead
Salary: £50,000 - £60,000 per annum (plus comprehensive benefits)
Hours: Full-Time
Type: Permanent
Location: Cardiff, CF10
Start Date: ASAP
Work Pattern: Flexible Working Hours between 06:00am & 08:00pm

We’re seeking an experienced SEO Lead to drive data-driven strategies, enhance organic visibility, and support revenue growth. If you have a proven track record of delivering high-ranking results, leading successful link-building campaigns, and mentoring a high-performing team, this role is for you!
Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement SEO strategies to drive organic traffic and business growth.
\n
• Monitor website performance, keyword rankings, and lead generation, identifying optimisation opportunities.
\n
• Lead and mentor a team of SEO and Digital PR Executives, managing recruitment and performance reviews.
\n
• Collaborate with Content, PR, Web Development, and Paid Search teams to ensure SEO best practices are applied.
\n
• Stay updated on search engine algorithms, industry trends, and emerging SEO opportunities.
\n
• Present SEO performance reports and strategies to key stakeholders.
\n

What We’re Looking For:

• \nProven SEO expertise – a track record of improving rankings and increasing revenue.
\n
• \nLink-building experience – ability to create and implement high-quality campaigns.
\n
• \nStrong analytical skills – experience with GA4, Search Console, Ahrefs, and Looker Studio.
\n
• \nTeam leadership experience – at least 1 year of managing an SEO team.
\n
• \nPassionate problem solver – data-driven, ambitious, and revenue-focused.
\n
• \nExcellent communication skills – a people person who can engage and inspire a team.
\n
