This Digital Marketing Agency specialise in SaaS SEO, leveraging human expertise, data analysis, and automation.The ideal candidate for this role will have experience managing multiple key big brand accounts simultaneously, handling enterprise-level SEO budgets often ranging from £20,000 to £50,000 or more per month. This budget typically covers comprehensive SEO strategies, large-scale content production, advanced technical SEO, extensive link-building campaigns, and dedicated account management.Role OverviewDevelop comprehensive SEO strategies, including content, on-page tactics, outreach, link building, and technical SEO for a handful of key, enterprise accounts.Coordinate expert teams to execute your strategies aligned with client goals.Provide technical SEO support and training to improve processes.RequirementsMinimum 3 years of SEO experience at a specialist level.Knowledge of link building campaigns.2 years in an SEO agency.Experience with enterprise-level SEO or budgets over £10k/month.Strong interpersonal skills to connect with diverse clients.ResponsibilitiesDefine client KPIs and create strategies to meet them.Delegate tasks to content, outreach, technical, and SEO teams.Conduct keyword research and SERP analysis.Develop content strategies and ensure effective execution.Create client reports (preferably using Data Studio).Train new strategists and identify skill gaps.Forecast resource needs and collaborate with project managers.Improve current processes and develop new ones with the head of operations.Assist in client retention, upselling, and pitches as needed.Serve as an SEO authority within the team.Be part of a team that values smart work and supports each other in achieving outstanding results.*Benefits include: 31-days holidays (includes bank holidays and Christmas shutdown)2 extra days per year for each full year of service up to a total of 8.£1,000 annual development budget per annumHybrid workingFlexitimeWellbeing hubCycle to work schemeExcellent maternity, paternity and adoption packages.Monthly professional development planningOption to work abroad for up to 3 monthsRegular team incentives and annual get-togethersProgression Plan9 day fortnight scheduleGym membership or similar wellness schemeIncreased pension
