Job Description

A successful and growing firm are seeking an ambitious Serious Injury Solicitor, or an experienced paralegal, to join their Serious Injury Cycling Team based in Liverpool. Within this team you will represent vulnerable road users, primarily cyclists, in complex cases to include litigated and multi-track matters.

As a Serious Injury Solicitor, you will:

  • Manage a caseload of intermediate and multi-track cases.
  • \n
  • \nAssist in complex matters alongside senior solicitors.
  • \n
  • Represent clients at hearings and conferences.
  • \n
  • Provide expert legal support with a client-first approach.
  • \n
  • Work in a supportive, professional and dynamic \n
  • \n
