My Client �are an air conditioning and mechanical services company with a Service office based in West Horndon in Essex. They �are offering an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Service Administrator. The position is a full-time role, Monday to Friday, 08H00 to 17H00.

My client �have a large and varied portfolio of customers, and the role requires strong organisational and communication skills, as well as the ability to work collaboratively with customers, colleagues and external service providers.
�
The successful candidate will be responsible for effective planning, scheduling, administration and communication with customers to enable work to be carried out by our in-house engineers and subcontractors in a timely and compliant manner.

Main Duties:
�
- Planning and scheduling of planned maintenance contracts
- Booking, planning and deploying jobs to engineers
- Raising customer quotations
- Answering customer queries
- Raising purchase orders
- Ensuring accurate input of customer records on the companies CRM system
- Maintaining accurate records of customer asset portfolio
- General administrative duties
