Job Title: Service Administrator
Salary: £24,000-£26,000 (Full-Time, Permanent)
Location: Birkenhead (Fully, office based)
About the Role:

We are currently supporting a client of ours in the Wirral area for a Service Administrator to join their busy service team at their head office. If you have experience as a service administrator, service coordinator or have previous planning experience, this could be a fantastic opportunity to grow your career in a fast-paced, supportive environment.
In this role, your main responsibility will be to liaise and support engineers, suppliers and customers to update them on a number of enquiries and issues that could include: job sheets, urgent job numbers and updates on works.
Key Responsibilities:



  • Document Management: Organise, manage, and update supplier files, records, an documents accurately and promptly.

  • Support To Engineers: Assist engineers with job sheets and urgent job orders.

  • Data Entry: Accurately input client information, job details, and other important data into company systems.

  • Coordination: Liaise with a multitude of internal departments and external contacts (subcontractors, etc.) to coordinate and oversee urgent jobs.

  • Quality Control: Ensure all client related documentation adheres to company guidelines, legal requirements, and industry regulations.

  • General Administrative Tasks: Perform a range of office duties, including filing, scanning, emailing, and other clerical tasks.



Skills and Experience:



  • Proven experience in a Service Administrative role, ideally within an engineering or industrial related client.

  • Strong organisational skills and keen attention to detail.

  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to maintain professionalism in customer led interactions.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and it would be desirable to work or to have worked with SAP.

  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
