Service Advisor / Receptionist
Our well established and growing client in Witham are seeking a Service Advisor / Receptionist to join the team on a permanent basis, if you have an auto-trade background then this would be an advantage but is not essential.
Duties will include:

• Dealing with incoming phone calls, screening calls and taking detailed messages or assisting customers where possible
• Updating the bookings spreadsheet and diary
• Providing a warm and friendly welcome to customers and visitors to the building
• Updating customers
• Raising job packs for the Service team
• Supporting the Administration team with any ad-hoc administrative duties

Candidate requirements:

• Good use of MS Packages - Word and Outlook
• A clear telephone manner, experienced providing excellent customer service over the phone and face to face
• An auto-trade background would be an advantage but not essential

Monday-Friday, 8am-6pm or 6am-4pm (on a rota basis) with one hour lunch. Role will include working every other Saturday morning (8am-12pm/midday)
Salary - 28-30k DOE
