Service Advisor

Location: Cardiff

Position: Full-time (40 hours per week)
Salary: On-target earnings up to �33,000 + excellent benefits package
Hours: Monday - Friday, 40 hours per week
Saturday: 1 in 2 Saturdays, 8am - 1pm (paid at time and a half)

As a Service Advisor, you will be the main point of contact for our customers, guiding them through their service experience and ensuring all their vehicle needs are met efficiently. You will work closely with our skilled technicians and ensure that customers receive timely updates on their vehicle's progress.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet customers and manage their service appointments.
• Explain required vehicle services and repairs in a clear and professional manner.
• Maintain accurate service records and process all paperwork promptly.
• Provide updates to customers throughout their vehicle's service.
• Proactively suggest additional services or products that would benefit the customer.
• Efficiently manage service bookings and coordinate with the workshop team.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues professionally.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a service advisor or customer service role, ideally in the automotive industry.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• A positive, customer-focused attitude.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic knowledge of vehicle systems (advantageous, but not essential).
• Valid UK driving licence.
