Consilium Recruit are proudly partnering the retail division of a global automotive vehicle manufacturer. They are seeking a Service Advisor to support a busy depot supporting commercial vehicles both external and internal customers. This is a permanent role.
Commutable from:  Hayes, Slough, Uxbridge, Heathrow, Windsor, Hillingdon

The Role

The Service Advisor plays a pivotal role in the depot operations ensuring smooth customer service and robust follow through on all service and maintenance roles. The Service Advisor will work Monday to Friday and ensure that customer experience is excellent, and the service and repair is well captured and addressed.

Key responsibilities include:


  • Controlling and maximizing service & repair bookings.
  • Interpreting customer's requirements in a courteous and efficient manner to ensure that all resources required in completing the work are available on schedule.
  • Supporting and maintain customer’s service schedules, MOT and O Licence requirements.
  • Auditing job cards (work orders) and associated service documentation for accuracy and adherence to internal and external procedures.
  • Ensuring Service / Inspection Documents are correctly completed and customer defect procedures are adhered to.

 
The Person

The ideal candidate for the role will have previous experience working in the motor vehicle industry and have some level of awareness of typical service and vehicle maintenance enquiries. You will possess a courteous and detail driven customer service approach and enjoy delivering excellent service to customers and internal stakeholders.

The Service Advisor will be IT literate and have experience of using job tracking and internal task creation software/job cards. Additionally, you will be able to work onsite in the depot, Monday to Friday as part of a rapid growing, wonderful team!
