Location: Bury
Hours: Monday to Friday (8:00 AM - 5:00 PM) & Saturdays (08:30 AM - 12:30 PM)

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the first point of contact for customers, providing exceptional service and advice
• Manage customer bookings, ensuring all details are captured accurately
• Advise customers on repairs, maintenance, and available services
• Coordinate with the workshop team to ensure timely delivery of services
• Handle customer queries and concerns professionally
• Process invoicing and payments
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and work progress

Key Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Service Advisor in the automotive sector is essential
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• A positive, friendly, and proactive attitude
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
