Responsibilities and Duties:

• Act as the first point of contact for customers, providing exceptional service and support.
• Schedule and manage service appointments, ensuring efficient workflow.
• Communicate clearly with customers about repairs, costs, and timelines.
• Coordinate with technicians to update customers on service progress.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and vehicle servicing.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the automotive industry.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Proficiency in basic computer systems and software.
• A positive attitude and passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Hours:

• Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM.
• No weekends.
