Job Opportunity: Service Advisor - �29K with an OTE of �40K+

A well-established, family-run dealership in Horsham is looking to recruit a passionate and experienced Service Advisor to join their dynamic team. With over 50 years of success, the garage is proud to deliver exceptional customer experiences in a state-of-the-art facility.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the first point of contact for customers, providing expert advice on vehicle services.

• Schedule and manage service appointments, ensuring smooth communication between customers and the workshop.

• Deliver high-quality customer service while addressing inquiries and providing recommendations.

• Work collaboratively with the service team to meet targets and maintain a high level of satisfaction.
