We are looking for Service and Quality Manager to manage the new product introductions into the portfolio, ensuring that they meet the UK standards.
The role will also involve leading a small team of technicians to deliver a high quality repair & testing service on all products whilst enhancing productivity, monitoring compliance & standards and keeping quality control processes up to date.
With an electrical and electronic bias, you will have a strong background in compliance and quality control. Demonstrated management experience, with the ability to lead and motivate a team, with a focus of identifying and improving processes. Awareness of electronic safety standards and regulations, coupled with the attention to detail, technical analysis, data handling and reporting.
