My client, an award winning independent property investment and development firm with a portfolio of 600 properties across the South of England, are currently seeking a Service Charge Accountant to join their team in Weybridge.
You will be providing support to the Finance Director and managing your own commercial portfolio of 15 service charges and up to 750 units.
Duties

• Collate Service Charge budgets for the new year, in collaboration with Portfolio and Facilities Manager
• Send budgets to tenants
• Set up new charges for new service charge year on QUBE
• Raise Invoices Monthly or Quarterly
• Prepare Services Charges to be audited at service charge year end and send all information to auditors
• Check accounts returned from Auditors
• Raise year-end balancing charges and send audited accounts to tenants

Requirements

• Previous Service Charge Accountants experience is essential
• Experience using a property management system such as: QUBE, YARDI, TRAMPS,
• Strong customer service skills
• Highly organised and proactive
• Competent with Microsoft Office packages

Other details:
Required working hours: 9.00am - 5.30pm Monday to Friday, work from home 1-2 days per week
