Council Client: Transforming Housing Service Charges

Location: Flexible (Remote Working Available)
Contract Type: Temporary
Duration: Project Completion by End of February
Start Date: Immediate
Day Rate: �400 (Outside IR35)

About Us: We are a progressive council aiming to implement a service charge system for approximately 3,500 households. Currently, there is no service charge process in place.

The Role: Lead the entire implementation of service charges from scratch. Responsibilities include:

• Developing and executing a project plan.
• Engaging with residents through consultations.
• Overseeing systems integration.
• Collaborating with stakeholders to ensure project success.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in large-scale project management.
• Strong planning, risk management, and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Flexibility to adapt to different work patterns and meet deadlines.
