Job Title: Service Charge Officer (Housing)

Location: Basingstoke

Rate of Pay: �16 P/H (Umbrella)

Hours Per Week: 37 Hours

Contract Length: 3 months+

Sovereign Network Group is currently on the look out for a Service Charge Officer to join their team on a contracted basis.

Main Duties:

• Assisting/managing and responding to customer queries.
• Being on the duty line and answering calls.
• Assisting with producing statements and data for mail merges.
• Providing copy documentation for customers.

The Candidate:

• Will have strong administration experience with a focus on providing exceptional customer service.
• Previous experience of working in Finance would be an advantage, but not essential.
• Service Charge experience is not essential as training will be provided on the job.
