Your Role: As a Service Charge Officer, you’ll ensure accurate, timely, and transparent reporting of service charges for residents across tenures. Key responsibilities include:
\n- Managing service charge enquiries from residents and internal staff.
\n- Investigating and resolving disputes, including attending meetings with residents.
\n- Collaborating with analysts to ensure accurate service charge estimates.
\n- Supporting rent teams with service charge-related queries.
\n- Contributing to service charge-related projects and ensuring compliance with legislation and best practices.

What We’re Looking For:\n- Knowledge of landlord and tenant legislation, particularly regarding service charges.
\n- Proven experience delivering service charges in a customer-focused environment.
\n- Strong numeracy skills and advanced proficiency in Excel (data handling and manipulation).
\n- Familiarity with ERP and CRM systems.
\n- Excellent communication skills, adaptable to different audiences.
