An exciting opportunity has arisen for a motivated, ambitious and driven Customer Service Coordinator .

My client is a leading and fast growing provider of maintenance support, services and hire of industrial machinery to commercial industries and businesses.

A fantastic opportunity for an ambitious and enthusiastic Customer Service Co-Ordinator to promote & book product maintenance, breakdown call outs to new and existing clients across Yorkshire and Humberside.

Your duties as a Service Co-Ordinator will include:
· Maintain good relationships and retain existing customers.
· Ensure all service bookings are scheduled and customers notified.
· Phoning new and existing customers to capture and secure repair quotes.
· Monitor and manage bookings of Service & LOLER in geographic & economic manner
· Liaise with customers and prioritise profitably and workload accordingly
· Answer inbound calls – reporting breakdown/service calls/field calls to parts/accounts/hire
· Resolution of any customer service issues.
· Maintain up to date knowledge of engineer location, commitments and availability
· Liaise with both Parts Department and customers to appoint work onto diary

The ideal candidate will possess the following skills and qualities:
Previous experience in outbound Aftersales & Client relationships
Target driven and able to work towards weekly and monthly KPIs
Highly articulate, organised, detail oriented with the ability to multi-task effectively
Excellent communication, negotiation and persuasion skills are key
'Can Do' attitude and strong work ethic
Excellent communication skills – both face to face and by telephone.
Ability to think on your feet and work on your own initiative.
Be well-organised, methodical and ambitious.
Good at managing own workload and able to cope with pressure.
Present a professional image - be trustworthy, punctual and polite.
