Are you passionate about providing exceptional customer service and ensuring smooth operations? We are looking for a dedicated�Service Coordinator�to join our team!





Key Responsibilities:






  • Customer Interaction:�Manage inbound calls and emails, providing estimates and lead times to ensure high customer service standards.




  • Efficient Call Management:�Answer all calls within SLA, aiming for first call resolution.




  • Service Order Management:�Track service orders from logging to completion, updating technician schedules and linking repairs to purchase orders.




  • Proactive Communication: Keep customers informed on service order status and spare part delivery.




  • Customer Ownership:�Provide a dedicated point of contact for service orders.




  • Scheduling: Proactively schedule planned service orders for timely completion.



What You Need to Succeed




  • Solid experience in customer service�

  • Competent with MS office especially Outlook and Excel

  • Good verbal and written communication skills
