The Service Desk Analyst will be responsible for resolving end user technical requests and carrying out the incident management process to ensure normal service operations with the aim of minimising impact on business operations. Service Desk Analyst experience –Prior experience in desktop/technical support positions. (2+ years)Experience in documenting and knowledge sharing.
