About the Role: My client is seeking an experienced IT Service Delivery Analyst(1st/2nd Line) to join their team at their modern Head Office in Liverpool City Centre. Working alongside the IT Service Delivery and Infrastructure Manager, you will be responsible for providing excellent IT support across multiple sites, collaborating with the Technology team on projects, and assisting in maintaining IT infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work alongside the IT Service Delivery and Infrastructure Manager to deliver a variety of IT services to colleagues located across multiple sites.
- Respond to and resolve IT incidents, problems, and requests, working with support providers as appropriate.
- Implement server and network changes to build more resilient systems.
- Assist and train staff in the use of end-user computing (EUC) and Microsoft stack technologies, helping them work smarter and achieve more.
- Operate effective new starter and leaver processes, including building and installing EUC devices.
- Update and roll out maintenance to EUC, servers, and network equipment.
- Assist with setting up new sites.
- Develop excellent relationships with colleagues across the organization.
- Ensure IT and data policies are enforced correctly.
- Act as an ambassador for technology change.
Key Requirements:
Knowledge & Experience:
- Experience working in an entrepreneurial business delivering IT services.
- Technical knowledge of EUC support and administration.
- M365 and SharePoint administration experience.
- Windows Server administration experience.
- Understanding of network devices including switches, routers, and firewalls.
- A forward-thinking and proactive approach to creating secure and innovative IT solutions.
- Ability to maintain and support updates to IT infrastructure.
- Awareness of IT and cyber security risks and experience in mitigating risks.
Skills:
