Think Specialist Recruitment are delighted to be working with a leading brand who have offices based within the Elstree area. This company are looking for a Service Desk Coordinator to join their team of 7. The successful candidate will be a great team player with strong communication and organisational skills, previous experience within a scheduling position and working with engineers would be desirable.
The successful candidate will need to be based locally to the office as this is a fully office based role.
The working hours for this position are Monday - Friday 8:30am - 5:30pm with 1 in 4 weekends, the weekend hours will be 8:30am - 4:30pm with 2 days off the following week.
Some of the duties will include:

  • Planning all reactive jobs on behalf of customers
  • Ensure all planned works are attended within the right timescales
  • Maximise daily job completion by being aware of engineers working areas
  • Regular reporting for clients and internal functions
  • Supporting engineers to achieve maximum daily output
  • Closing down open jobs once completed
  • Supporting the quotation process for customers
  • Providing a high level of service to customers
  • Working well as part of a team as well as on own initiative
