2nd Line/3rd Line Service Desk Technician, Senior
paying up to £40k is required to join the IT team of an expanding construction company, this role is hybrid and will be based in Sheffield. The company have multiple sites across the UK which will need you to provide end-user support over the telephone, remotely, via email and face-to-face, installing, updating, maintaining and supporting various software applications from different vendors.
Successful candidates for this 2nd Line/3rd Line Service Desk Technician must have experience with supporting Windows OS, diagnosing and solving hardware faults, knowledge of ServiceNow, Azure, Active Directory, Endpoint, Office365 Admin is crucial, as is an understanding of TCP/IP Networking, SIP/VOIP and experience of setting up, troubleshooting and support.
Should really be aufait with Setting up Group Policies, File Management M365 Administration inc Teams and Sharepoint
You will be part of a team of 6 in a department of 11 supporting 1,300 users across 20 permanent offices and 50 temporary sites

Solid understanding of supporting Microsoft Office Applications
VPN Support
Experience working with Service Now
Understanding and support of web gateway filtering
SD-WAN & Sophos knowledge would be beneficial
