Service Driver/Valeter | Stirling | 40 Hours per week - Mon to Friday from 08:00-17:00 plus rota Saturday 8am - 12pm as overtime | £24,500 per annum plus overtime and performance bonus opportunity | Company Pension, and other great benefits

Established in 1987, West End Garage is an independent and privately owned business working with Škoda & SEAT since the business was conceived. Today, we are one of the UK’s leading dealerships for Škoda and SEAT with sites located in Stirling, Halbeath-Dunfermline and Sighthill-Edinburgh.

You will report to the Aftersales Manager with key responsibilities to ensure the efficient operation of the service department, you’ll be responsible for collecting and delivering vehicles for service, repair and maintenance, once complete you will freshen up with a complimentary Wash & Vacuum prior to returning to the customer. You’ll also make sure the valet bay is maintained to a high standard.

• Working as part of a fast paced aftersales team
• Ensuring that customers are given exceptional levels of service
• Keeping the valet bay area tidy

What will your role look like?

• Collecting and delivering cars to and from customers' home and work addresses
• Experience in a similar role within an automotive environment
• Experience of working within a customer service environment
• Using a pressure washer to clean vehicle exteriors
• Using high-powered vacuums on vehicle interiors
• Working with a variety of cleaning chemicals and following company health and safety procedures
• Excellent communication skills
• Keeping the valet bay clear and free of obstructions
• Full UK Driving Licence
• Eligible to work in the UK
