Why not find out how to elevate your career by contacting ##### main duties and responsibilities:Carrying out maintenance, repair, commissioning, and service support to a wide range of chillers, heat pumps, ventilation and Swegon Manufactured HVAC equipmentCommunicating technical information and site requirements back to the Service officeFault findingAssisting the team as and when required with site installation of HVAC systemsLiaising and developing working relationships both with the customer and other employees within the companyCompletion of relevant service paperwork using our online platformAwareness and appreciation of Health and Safety requirements and completion of Dynamic Risk AssessmentsLead generation, identifying commercial opportunities for business developmentCompliance with company policies, procedures, and processes to ensure that regulations are complied with for our ongoing accreditation to REFCOM, Safe Contractor and CHASYour Experience:EssentialGood fundamental knowledge of refrigeration, air & water chillers, AC systems and industry practices with the ability to carry out maintenance, repairs and serviceAn appreciation and understanding of the benefits of lead generation and completion of relevant formsDealing with customers and the ability to communicate technical information and site requirements back to the Service officeAwareness and appreciation of Health and Safety requirements to industry standards.Understanding the importance of working in line with risk assessments and method statementsProviding an appropriate audit trail of documentation relating to servicing of customer sitesDesirableCompletion and understanding of the importance of Dynamic Risk AssessmentsKnowledge of chiller productsKnowledge of ventilation productsManufacturer trainingAll round HVAC knowledgeSound controls knowledgeYour qualifications:EssentialGCSE or equivalentCity & Guilds or NVQ Level 2 and or 3 Refrigeration & Air Conditioning2079 Refrigerant HandlingFull Driving LicenceComputer literacyACRIB / CSCS Card or other safety awareness courseDesirableHND/C Mechanical or Electrical engineering or similarIPAFPASMACSCSSSSTSPAT Testing certificationAbout Swegon:We are market leading partners for indoor environment solutions that work exactly as desired – adding value from project start to finish, and beyond.
