Location: London and Surrounding areas - Field Based


Patch: Surrounding Counties of Berkshire, Oxfordshire, North London to West London, Central London.


Salary: £33,999 plus London Weighting for eligible candidates


Company Car included


Hours of Work: 37.5 Monday - Friday

Job Description: We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Service Manager on behalf of our prestigious client. As a Service Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the delivery of on-site servicing in accordance with company's standards. You will oversee a team of service technicians and collaborate closely with other departments to uphold  commitment to quality and customer satisfaction.


Responsibilities:



  • Coordinate and schedule on-site servicing activities, ensuring timely and efficient execution.

  • Installation and maintenance of company products on customer sites.

  • Conduct regular inspections and quality checks to ensure that servicing tasks are performed to the highest standards.

  • Develop and implement training programs to enhance the skills and capabilities of the service team.

  • Maintain accurate records of service activities, including documentation of work performed, parts used, and customer communication.

  • Monitor service performance metrics and implement improvements to optimize efficiency and customer satisfaction.

  • Planning and booking of servicing work

  • Attend regular service meetings via team and head office


Requirements:



  • Experience in appliances or white goods

  • Proven experience in a service management role. 

  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively manage and motivate a team.

  • Exceptional problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.

  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel as needed.


Preferred Qualifications:



  • Good secondary education
