Mechanical service engineer required to join our growing business.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone to join a busy and varied role within Trent Pumps.

The engineer would preferably have previous experience working as a mechanical engineer / fitter within the quarrying or recycling industry however, not essential for the right candidate.

The Mechanical service engineer role to include:

• Service, repair and assembly of Slurry Pumping equipment.


• Maintaining pumping equipment to the quarrying, recycling and heavy engineering industry.


• Faultfinding to pumping in sand processing equipment.


• Breakdown repairs to customers equipment.


• Pump re-builds in the workshop.


• Assisting internally in resolving technical issues.


• Keeping the workshop facilities safe and clean.


• Proactive approach and the ability to learn new skills.

Training will be given to an individual who wants to learn new skills.

Full clean UK driving license would be advantageous.

A keen interest in practical hands-on activities.

Location: working both from our workshop and on customer sites througout the UK

Benefits include:

• £40,000.00 + Overtime
