Key Responsibilities:
Provide service, maintenance, and repairs for a range of instore potato grading and handling equipment.
Independently manage service tasks, ensuring each job is completed to the highest standards.
Maintain detailed service records and keep accurate logs of work performed.
Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and resolve any ongoing issues.
Troubleshoot and fault-find electrical/electronic issues in machinery, ensuring quick and effective repairs.
Use your mechanical knowledge to diagnose and repair mechanical issues as required.
Key Skills & Experience:
Strong experience in electrical and electronic fault finding.
Mechanical knowledge and experience with agricultural machinery is an advantage.
Ability to work independently and manage your own schedule.
Experience in keeping accurate service records and liaising with customers for follow-up support.
Knowledge of potato grading and handling equipment is a plus, but not essential.
Strong communication skills and a customer-focused approach.
