Hours: Full-time, 36 hours per week (4 x 9-hour shifts)

What You'll Be Doing

As a Service Executive, you'll:

• Support customers & partners through online application journeys.
• Handle customer queries across multiple communication channels.
• Manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with company processes.
• Collaborate with different teams to deliver an outstanding service experience.

What We're Looking For

• Customer Service Experience - Ideally in finance, technology, or business solutions.
• Excellent Communication Skills - Ability to build relationships and solve problems.
• Tech-Savvy & Adaptable - Comfortable with digital platforms and quick to learn.
• Organised & Detail-Oriented - Can manage multiple tasks effectively.

Work Schedule

Shifts: 4 x 9-hour shifts between:

Monday - Saturday: 8 AM - 8 PM

Sunday: 10 AM - 6 PM
