Service & Installation Engineer

Service & Installation Engineer Belfast (BT3) Salary DOE (potential with overtime to exceed £50K) On behalf of our client a leading supplier of cranes across Ireland and UK, McKinty Associates are delighted to invite an experienced Service & Installation Engineer to join our clients busy Engineering team. This role would suit a multi-skilled engineer from a maintenance / manufacturing environment with either an electrical or and mechanical bias. Reporting to the Service and Installation Manager the role will include carrying out responses to customer breakdowns, trouble shooting, crane repairs and assisting with the installing and commissioning of new crane equipment. The role also includes carrying out both LEEA and Insurance inspections. Eligibility criteria: Time-served apprenticeship Experience with heavy duty industrial plant and machinery Qualified to work with large plant and machinery Experience with slinging and banksman Full clean driving licence The ability to work at heights Strict adherence to H&S requirements MEWPS licence is preferred but not essential as training will be provided Strict adherence to H&S requirements To apply for this role please forward your CV ASAP by clicking Apply below.
