Service & Maintenance Coordinator

Service & Maintenance Coordinator (3months) Temporary contract, could be longer term and go permanent

I am recruiting for a Service Coordinator to join a global company's Services Division in Manchester. Using your organisational experience, you will provide support in organising engineers work schedules and diaries.

As this is a temporary role it requires an individual who with previous experience as a Service & Maintenance Coordinator.

The Role
Temporary contract, could be longer term and go permanent

• Receive technical service calls from clients & engineers
• Schedule and making appointments for UK wide field service engineers
• Handing all customer service enquires including potential complaints
• Providing 1st class customer service
• Preparing and sending quotations

You

• Previous service coordinator, maintenance coordinator or very similar experience
• Likely to have worked in an engineering company or building services maintenance contractor in the service department.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Good attention to detail
