Service Manager-Counselling and Wellbeing Services

What will I be doing?
As the Service Manager with Options Wellbeing Trust, your role will be to manage and deliver the strategy as set out in the business plan with passionate leadership and operational teams, ensuring the highest quality clinical and organisational governance is met.
You will be responsible for:
Ensuring the highest standards of clinical and organisational governance
Leading, growing, managing and maintaining an integrated team of staff, practitioners, trainees, lived experience volunteers and third party providers
Implementing the organisations strategy, sustainability and growth plans
Leading and managing workflow
Ensuring that all are safeguarded as the organisations Designated Safeguarding Lead
Managing mixed income streams and expenses, keeping to the budget and ensuring targets and key performance indicators are met
Building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders
Supporting funding applications, implementing social impact projects and exploring partnership working opportunities
Preparing reports for the executive team, board, funders and commissioners
Working with the executive team within SCiA Group
The role will be essential in implementing and advancing our vision and mission and to provide the best possible outcomes for our clients.
What will I need?
Our leadership team including the Service Manager, Clinical Leads and experiences Safeguarding Leads are inspiring leaders and passionate advocates for both our teams and the individuals we support within Options Wellbeing Trust. To be successful in this role you will have:
Extensive experience, holding a Service Manager role, ideally within the mental health and wellbeing charity sector
A counselling qualification to level 4 (minimum) with at least 3 years experience delivering counselling within a community setting.
Demonstrable experience in managing services and social impact projects as well as well as leading initiatives that drive organisational growth.
Considerable experience leading and managing integrated teams
Experience in working to targets and budgets
Experience of identifying and managing relationships with key stakeholders
Experience in writing a range of reports for different purposes and stakeholders

If you are right for this role we will offer you:
A salary of between £40,000 and £45,000 dependent upon experience
