Opus People Solutions on behalf of Cambridge County Council have an exciting opportunity for a Service Manager to join thier Learning Disability Partnership Team.
This role will be hybrid 3 days a week in the office based at Papworth Everard but with the ability to travel to other office bases.
It is essential for the candidate to have a wealth of experience in adult social care, preferably in Learning Disabilities, but also that the interested candidates are subject matter experts in the application of the NHS CHC Framework and applying this in practice.
You will be joining part of an established Senior Management Team, we are looking for an experienced manager and leader to deliver operational support to our integrated health and social care service whilst supporting the service through organisational change.
The role will be responsible for establishing and leading the delivery of services to Children, Young Adults and Families across Cambridgeshire and Peterborough.
This will be achieved by adopting a highly collaborative approach across both Local Authorities that ensures internal and external resources work together to identify and deliver a range of services to appropriately meet the needs of the diverse communities.
To provide expertise to ensure good practice is identified and shared and that there is county wide consistency across both Local Authorities where appropriate.
To provide specialist advice internally and externally and provide authoritative advice and guidance about the area.
Responsible for the management and oversight of high quality interventions, ensuring that children and families are at the centre of everything we do whilst also supporting the development of integrated services for young people.
Manage and ensure that all services are planned and delivered in a cost-effective, integrated way that meets policy and quality requirements.
