Forest Care Selection is currently working in partnership with a forward-thinking third-sector provider of community-based and residential care settings to adults with acquired brain injuries, learning disabilities, complex physical disabilities, and individuals with autism. This quality-focused provider requires a Service Manager to oversee and develop their good-rated specialist rehabilitation centre, based in Leeds.
The Service Manager in Leeds will:
Oversee a team delivering the highest standards of care to individuals with an acquired brain injury.
Lead a multi-disciplinary team to provide the highest standards of Person-Centred care.
Ensuring the service is fully compliant with all statutory and regulatory requirements.
Oversee the budget and financial management of the service.
Market the service to a range of commissioners and referrers.The Service Manager in Leeds will need:
A positive mindset and a passion for supporting individuals with a Disability through their rehabilitation journey.
A Level 5 Health and Social Care qualification or equivalent
Experience in leading and motivating care and multi-disciplinary teams.
Experience in managing budgets and financial systems
Effective organisational and time management skills.
Excellent knowledge of legislation and statutory requirements.Successful candidates will enjoy a healthy salary of up to £43K per annum and a range of benefits including:
