About the Service
This Leeds-based neurological centre provides a 12-week assessment period where individuals begin their rehabilitation journey, with reviews and potential extensions based on progress. The facility offers 18 en suite bedrooms, including six with full bariatric tracking hoists, as well as a specialist-assisted bathroom. It features two fully equipped rehabilitation kitchens, a spacious communal lounge, a conservatory, and an extensive activities room. Additionally, the centre includes a private bungalow for individuals transitioning to more independent living, plus specialist therapy rooms, a physio gym, and a large private garden-all designed to aid recovery.
Main Purpose of the Role
You will be responsible for the overall management of the service, ensuring the highest standards of care and treatment for each individual. As a Service Manager, you will lead and direct a multidisciplinary team, aligning the service's operations with our client's strategic plan and the unique needs of each person. You will also be responsible for maintaining full compliance with regulatory requirements and successfully registering as the service's Registered Manager with the CQC.
