Job Title: Service Office Manager
Location: Farnham, UK
Salary: �45,000.00 - �50,000.00 per annum
Hours: 42.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday (no weekends)

Key Responsibilities:
As our Service Office Manager, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth and efficient running of our clients Service Direct Office.
Your main responsibilities will include:
- Overseeing day-to-day operations of the Service Direct Office to ensure exceptional service delivery.
- Leading, managing, and supporting a skilled team to achieve operational excellence.
- Optimizing processes to enhance efficiency and overall team performance.
- Delivering high levels of customer service and maintaining client relationships.
- Achieve budget &Maximise profitability
- Recruitment of new and existing roles
About You:
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- Proven experience as a Service Manager within the heavy plant, agricultural, automotive sector or similar.
- Strong leadership skills and experience managing a service team in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities, with a proactive approach to improving service levels.
