Service Technician - Agricultural Machinery

Company – Agricultural Machinery Supplier

Location – Buckinghamshire

Role – Agricultural Service Technician (Junior to Mid-Level)

Candidate – Mechanical Electrical Engineer or Automotive Engineer or Heavy Machinery Engineer or Mechanic

The Position

An established Agricultural Heavy Machinery equipment seeks a Junior to Mid level Service Engineer to work on tractors, combine harvesters, transport HGV’s, telescopic handlers and any other mechanical machinery used in agriculture and farming. The position comes with initial starting training for a Junior Level Service Technician and more advanced training for a Mid-Level Service Technician.

The Package

• £32k - £35k salary (depending on experience) 37.5 hours per week


• Bonus up to £2k


• Healthcare, dental and high pension contribution.


• Overtime


• 27 days holiday allowance + bank holidays

Experience Required

• Mechanical and Electrical 


• This can be as a mechanic on cars, other automotive e.g. heavy goods vehicles or any other mechanical electrical hands on type experience e.g. factory equipment.

They also offer manufacturer warranty, backup and aftercare for the new equipment and out of-warranty used equipment with their own aftercare service packages. They have a team of Junior, Mid and Senior Level Service Technician that work on a wide portfolio of agricultural heavy equipment used specifically in commercial farming.
